The background check form must be filled out by all volunteers at Whitt. This includes PTA volunteers, volunteers helping teachers, lunch volunteers, Watch Dogs, library volunteers -- any adult that intends on being in the school building at some point during the year in a volunteer capacity. The original form is required and may be dropped off to Patti in the front office at Whitt or you may contact Erin Wilson at volunteer@whittpta.net.
